About Us

What We Do

  • Mentorship

We offer all of our Foundation recipients personal mentorship and one to one support alongside their degree level training, providing them with our team's wealth of experience. We are always an email or zoom chat away offering our students professional advice whether that is academic support or career guidance.

  • Professional Opportunities

We offer our Foundation recipients free tickets and invites to John Godber Company events and those of associate companies. Recipients will also be invited to attend rehearsals of professional productions. In the past year the John Godber Company has offered 7 professional jobs to Foundation members.

  • Contacts & Connections

Our Foundation offers workshops and masterclasses with industry professionals from a whole range of disciplines, providing our recipients with valuable industry connections and experience for when they finish their studies.

  • Commuity

Our Foundation prides itself on creating a community of support and collaboration for our recipients, where they are able to network with other like minded creatives as they prepare to enter the industry.

  • Funding

    Funding

Our recipients can apply for funding to assist them with their studies and professional development, including additional course costs such as script fees, headshots and Spotlight memberships for acting graduates. We also aim to support bigger funding bids for those in need.

  • Merchandise

We provide our recipients with Foundation merchandise, including t-shirts and tote bags.
